About Exam

Candidates should register for appearing in JEE (Advanced) . Registration is through the online portal only. The candidate should satisfy each and every one of the five eligibility criteria. Registration will be cancelled if, at a later date, it is found that the candidate does not meet even one of these five eligibility criteria. Even if a candidate did not opt for appearing in JEE (Advanced)  while registering for JEE (Main) , he/she can still register for JEE (Advanced) . Application for JEE (Advanced)  CANNOT be withdrawn after registration is completed. Registration fee is NEITHER refundable NOR transferable. Eligibility

Candidate’s age must fall within the age limit prescribed by the authorities.

To be eligible for JEE Advanced , candidate must have born on or after October 1, 1994

Candidates belonging to SC/ ST/ PwD categories will get a relaxation of 5 years in the age limit i.e., they should have been born on or after October 1, 1989.
